Legal notice

koscak.ai is an independent research lab operated by Filip Koščák and Dr. Juraj Koščák (the "lab"), based in the European Union (Slovakia / Czech Republic). Contact: filip@koscak.ai.

Privacy policy

We collect the minimum we need to run the lab's public tools, and nothing more:

• Chat (Bob / NOESIS): your questions, the answers, a random session id, and - if you choose to leave it - your email address. Stored in Cloudflare D1 (EU-jurisdiction edge storage). Used to improve the engine and, if you opted in, to send research updates. Never sold, never shared with third parties.
• Newsletter: your email address, only if you submit it. One-click removal on request.
• Analytics: standard aggregate analytics (Google Analytics). You can block it; the site works identically.
• Cyber scans: the domain you submit and the scan results, kept for report delivery.

Your rights (GDPR): you can request a copy or deletion of everything we hold about you at any time - email filip@koscak.ai and we act on it within 30 days.

Terms of use

• The research, articles and tools on koscak.ai are provided "as is", for information and evaluation. They are not professional, financial, medical or legal advice.
• NOESIS and Bob answer with a verify-or-abstain discipline, but no automated system is infallible - verify anything you rely on.
• The free cyber scan may only be pointed at domains you own or are authorised to test.
• Content is (c) the lab's authors. Cite with attribution; do not scrape wholesale.
• Backing the lab through the funding page is a voluntary contribution to open research, not an investment; tiers describe acknowledgements, not securities.

Found a vulnerability in anything we run? We want it. See security.txt or write to filip@koscak.ai - good-faith research is welcome and will never be met with legal threats.
